During this maintenance window, our data center partner will be conducting upstream hardware upgrades within our data center to enhance the performance and reliability of our cloud services. These upgrades are essential for maintaining the reliability and security of our infrastructure.
Our Data Center partner, Flexential, will be performing IP Bandwidth maintenance on two core routers conducting a hardware refresh. This is the first of two maintenance windows with the first one scheduled for 03/19/2026 and the second scheduled 03/26/2026. Engineers will divert traffic away from the device being replaced to minimize impact to customer services.
Impact:
This maintenance does come with high risk, however, we anticipate no disruption to our services. During this maintenance period traffic will be routed to the secondary core router device in the pair to ensure traffic continues flowing normally. No downtime is expected during this maintenance window. We have carefully planned the upgrade process to ensure seamless operation throughout.
