Scheduled - Maintenance Details:

During this maintenance window, our data center partner will be conducting upstream hardware upgrades within our data center to enhance the performance and reliability of our cloud services. These upgrades are essential for maintaining the reliability and security of our infrastructure.

Our Data Center partner, Flexential, will be performing IP Bandwidth maintenance on two core routers conducting a hardware refresh. This maintenance will take place on 06/16/2026. Engineers will divert traffic away from the device being replaced to minimize impact to customer services.

Impact:

This maintenance does come with high risk, however, we anticipate no disruption to our services. During this maintenance period traffic will be routed to the secondary core router device in the pair to ensure traffic continues flowing normally. No downtime is expected during this maintenance window. We have carefully planned the upgrade process to ensure seamless operation throughout.

Action Required:

No action is required from your end during this maintenance window. However, if you encounter any issues following the maintenance period, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented, and we are actively monitoring the results. rDNS records have begun propagating globally again, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely on our end to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an upstream network routing issue affecting a rDNS lookups on a subset of IP addresses within our Central US region.

Impact: Some customers may experience potential delays or failures in reverse DNS (rDNS) resolution in our Central US region.

Current Status: This issue appears to be related to a routing problem with one of our upstream providers. All other services and network functionality remain operational. Our team is actively working with the upstream provider to investigate and resolve the issue.

We will provide updates as more information becomes available or once resolution progress is confirmed.
